1. Keys In Place & On Time

1.1 For One Time Orders/Current Bookings: Please have your keys and vehicle in place and on time for the scheduled detailing appointment because without your vehicle or keys,we be unable to work on your detailing service package. As a consequence, unfortunately, you order will have to be cancelled and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your order total. The balance will be refunded back to you and you may re-order your desired package.

1.2 For Monthly Subscription Detailing Service: Please make sure your have your keys in place and on time. If you do not leave your keys in place and on time we will only be able to get the washing and waxing portion of your package done and your detailing subscription service for that session will be considered completed. There will be no refunds or rescheduling allowed on the monthly detailing subscription packages due to disruptions to the entire monthly subscription cycle and the logistics on our end. We will be able to provide a complete service on the next appointment of your monthly subscription package provided the keys are in place on time. So, please make sure to leave your keys in place and on time for every scheduled detailing service so you can take advantage of the full benefits of your package.

1.3 For Mobile Services: Contact Info & Vehicle In Place & On Time
Please make sure to enter the correct contact information – name, address and phone number while booking our service on our website.
Please have your vehicle in place and on time for the scheduled mobile steam sanitization appointment because without your vehicle we will be unable to work on your detailing service package. As a consequence, unfortunately, you order will have to be cancelled and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your order total. The balance will be refunded back to you and you may re-order your desired package.

2. Monthly Package Details

*package services are recurring maintenance for ONE assiged vehicle. Services cannot be split between other vehicles.
*scheduling is based on first come first serve basis.

DIAMOND: Vehicle is serviced once a week (total of 4 per month).

1st service – Standard detail
2nd, 3rd, 4th service – Basic detail

PLATINUM: Vehicle is serviced twice month. Once every other week (total of
2 per month).

2nd service – Basic detail

GOLD: Vehicle is serviced twice month. Once every other week (total of 2
per month).

1st service – Standard detail
2nd service – Wash & Wax

3. Detailing Service Orders For Condos

3.1 48-Hours In Advance Orders: Those placing detailing service orders for condo locations are requested to place the orders at least 48 hours before the date of service.

4. Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our online store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

General Terms

5. General: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

6. Modifications to the Services and Prices: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Products or Services: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, in any geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

8. Warranty Disclaimer: We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

9. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel items/coupons/orders purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
