If you do not leave your keys in place and on time we will only be able to get the washing and waxing portion of your package done and your detailing subscription service for that session will be considered completed. There will be no refunds or rescheduling allowed on the monthly detailing subscription packages due to disruptions to the entire monthly subscription cycle and the logistics on our end. We will be able to provide a complete service on the next appointment of your monthly subscription package provided the keys are in place on time. So, please make sure to leave your keys in place and on time for every scheduled detailing service so you can take advantage of the full benefits of your package.
