What are your monthly detailing subscription packages and how can I buy a package?
The monthly detailing packages are offered as a part of our subscription service for the condominium locations. We offer four different packages – the Silver, Gold, Platinum & Diamond packages.
How do I sign up for the monthly detailing subscription packages?
To see more details on what each plan consists of and to sign up, please click here. Once you sign up for this service, you will be charged on a recurring basis every month and we will detail your car for you on schedule.
Can I cancel my subscription at any point?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any point but make sure to attempt to cancel it before the next billing cycle as we don’t allow refunds for the subscription service. Please call us at (808) 745-6408 to cancel.
What happens if I do not have my keys or vehicle in place on time for the scheduled appointment at my condo location?
Without your vehicle or keys, we will be unable to work on your detailing service package. As a consequence, unfortunately, you order will have to be cancelled and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your order total. The balance will be refunded back to you and you may re-order your desired package.
What happens if I do not have my keys in place and on time for the scheduled monthly detailing subscription appointment?
If you do not leave your keys in place and on time we will only be able to get the washing and waxing portion of your package done and your detailing subscription service for that session will be considered completed. There will be no refunds or rescheduling allowed on the monthly detailing subscription packages due to disruptions to the entire monthly subscription cycle and the logistics on our end. We will be able to provide a complete service on the next appointment of your monthly subscription package provided the keys are in place on time. So, please make sure to leave your keys in place and on time for every scheduled detailing service so you can take advantage of the full benefits of your package.
